ddouthitt f8b89f2666 This is a "cleaner" fix (hack) to get around s getting clobbered 
in main.c.  It also documents extensively WHERE it is getting clobbered;
now if one only knew why.....

ddouthitt a070f75d4b Remove -Wno-unused from compile-time options; this prevents catching 
of MANY possible problems.  LCDproc should compile cleanly without
warnings WITHOUT this set.

ddouthitt d8daf2bf6f Added output_heartbeat(driver, heart_type) to the library functions. 
Thus, for many drivers, creating the appropriate driver function
for heartbeats should be simple.
