mmdolze 8bdfdaaaa1 - Convert function comments to Doxygen. 
- Remove instructions that have been transfered to the User's Guide.
- Remove the unused line drawing function.
- Pass through indent.
- Add more comments to the initialization code.
- In the user guide remove table with wiring scheme by LCD pin but add a new
  one for bitshaker wiring.

mmdolze 6e0b7bca91 Implement missing optional functions (except heartbeat). Add a note to

mmdolze 03e5169ac8 New screen update algorithm. This algorithm will be faster on connection 
types using the transmit buffer. Others should see little difference.

mmdolze dfebe6206d Connect the debug driver to the build system. It has always lived only in 
CVS and was not to be compiled by 'make'. However, it may serve as a template
for new drivers. Therefore add it to Makefile.am to have it in the
distribution. Note that it will only get compiled if explicitly given to
configure or if '--enable-debug' is used with '--drivers=all'.

mmdolze 0fe450b260 Remove tags file from CVS. It is outdated and should be generated locally 
anyway. Anyone who want to use it may run 'make topleveltags' or the various
tags-* targets on his/her own.

* Stop the 'include-mania': Only include necessary header files within the .c
