dglaude ca27bcac18 Solve the segmentation fault in MtxOrb.c 
If framebuf is not alocated when init is called then we do.
A lot of warning are removed because MtxOrb.h is cleaned.
For the futur, double buffering is already prepared.
I also have done some cleaning of unused function related to hbar/vbar.
BigNum are still not working nicely but I am working on it.
I don't have flickering on my screen so I cannot fix that problem!

glengray 853d9053dd Added the fine grained backlight hierarchy code. 
Depending on how the server sets the backlight it controls the clients
(if OPEN then the clients have individual control). If the client is set to
open (inherited from the server) then each screen has backlight control.

glengray e137c1011b Added the client_function timeout to the code. 
Also noticed a BIG bug in the screen_set code, the strcmp's never worked, they
where no longer checking the results == 0.

ddouthitt f8b89f2666 This is a "cleaner" fix (hack) to get around s getting clobbered 
in main.c.  It also documents extensively WHERE it is getting clobbered;
now if one only knew why.....

ddouthitt d8daf2bf6f Added output_heartbeat(driver, heart_type) to the library functions. 
Thus, for many drivers, creating the appropriate driver function
for heartbeats should be simple.
