mmdolze dfebe6206d Connect the debug driver to the build system. It has always lived only in 
CVS and was not to be compiled by 'make'. However, it may serve as a template
for new drivers. Therefore add it to Makefile.am to have it in the
distribution. Note that it will only get compiled if explicitly given to
configure or if '--enable-debug' is used with '--drivers=all'.

mmdolze 5b6135c144 Add more Doxygen comments. Remove unnecessary includes. Pass files through 
indent (unfortunately this makes num_map[] a little less readable).

mmdolze 0fe450b260 Remove tags file from CVS. It is outdated and should be generated locally 
anyway. Anyone who want to use it may run 'make topleveltags' or the various
tags-* targets on his/her own.

mmdolze 68d4903b4b serialVFD driver: 
* Add more documentation about the inner working of this driver.
* Consolidate constant definitions.
* Stop the 'include-mania': Only include necessary header files within the .c
  files.
* Use lpt-port.h to define LPT port register values.
* Modify some comments to conform the the style guide.

mmdolze 6efd439901 CFontzPacket: Report cell size according to display type (used to calculate 
hBar width). Use block charcter (31d) on displays which have it instead of
the custom icon. On seamless displays do not fill the last line to avoid the
character banging together.

mmdolze 90107086ea Remove native win32 support. We have no report that LCDproc can be natively 
compiled and used with recent Windows systems (Windows Vista/7). Except for
serial drivers (and those using USB->serial adapters) drivers are not expected
to work with those systems.

mmdolze 9ead06df4e CFontzPacket updates: 
- Add a structure describing known models, their features and default settings.
- Use partial screen updates for newer CFA633 versions.
- For CFA533/633 use the same character mapping as for HD44780.
- Fixed a few typos.
- Use C-style comments only.
- Add a warning about the driver being deprecated to CFontz633. Users should
  use CFontzPacket with Model=633 instead.

mmdolze 66023939a1 Cleanup and documentation updates: 
- Remove shared/str.h where not used.
- Remove shared/debug.h from all files as it has been completely replaced
  by shared/report.h (it will be removed later).
- Add more doxygen comments to shared/* and clients/lcdproc/*.
- Include static functions in doxygen output.
