Arduino-USB

This is a personal driver/controller i wrote for lcdproc to controll a 4x40 hd44780 display through usb.

I will post the driver module to lcdproc soon.

It works by sending serial commands to the arduino, and is based on the works of the original hd44780 driver in lcdproc by Benjamin Tse blt@Comports.com.

Tested on

• Arduino nano.

Dependency

I moddified the original LiquidCrystal from Arduino LLC to work with 4x40 hd44780 displays, this means adding a second enable line. This library is included in this repository.

Known bugs

This driver does not work with the lcdproc client in Rasplex, all widgets expect text are broken.
