Harald Geyer b262971074 Update CREDITS.md and ChangeLog.md 
* It's rather odd to get credits for .gitignore patterns but not for
  the driver I wrote so change that ... ;)
* Also make the credits for minor stuff more generic so that I don't
  have to update that file for every one line patch.
* Finally add the new driver to the change log

Harald Geyer da6ab836e1 New driver for Olimex MOD-LCD1x9 
This adds minimal support for the display - including a 14 segment font.
(Looks like this is the first 14 segment display to be supported by
lcdproc.)

Tested on linux.

Harald Geyer 0a38c18f00 Cleanup I2C handling 
* Move OS specific code to new files i2c.h and i2c.c
* As side effect a likely bug (linux only code) in the existing driver
  has been fixed.

Compile tested on Debian/i386 and OpenWRT/arm.

Harald Geyer f73d2aca1e hd44780-rpi.c: Get rid of non-standard pointer type 
The old code didn't compile against musl libc (OpenWRT).

Compiletested on ARM.
