marschap f0300d1765 sort drivers alphabetically in acinclude.m4 & server/drivers/Makefile.am; 
update server/drivers/wirz-sli.c to make it complile afgain and announce
it in acinclude.m4; update info how to include a new driver to make the
examples resemble the current driver situation more closely

So all types ahve the following options:
 -text "text"                        ("")
     Sets the visible text.
 -is_hidden false|true       (false)
     If the item currently should not appear in a menu.
 -parent id                  ()
     Sets the parent of this item.

Additionally menu_goto accepts an optional <parentid>
