Another attempt to fix the MtxOrb weirdness. Changed the general-purpose
output so it doesn't send anything unless something actually happened.

- Fixed acconfig comment-splitting problem.. (?)
- "-i off" option now works when placed after a driver
- CFontz driver no longer attempts to use 19200 baud if asked.
