mmdolze 59f3cbdb45 * Automatically exclude the pin for switchable backlight from keypad scanning 
in the 4bit and 8bit wiring. This fixes problems with flickering backlight if
  a slow parallel port is used. IMPORTANT: This may require a hardware change!
* In code comments use the same line names as in the user's guide (Y1/X1
  instead of Y0/X0).
* Add documentation about hd44780-ftdi's 4bit mode.

robijn c72f813a4c Changed things around port.h a bit: 
- port_access_full is now called port_access_multiple and has a count parameter (LPT port stuff should be in lpt-port.h)
- Updated calling source files too
- Added support for ports in higher range, so that PCI LPT cards will work too (but I can't test this myself...)
- Enhanced formatting of in-file documentation a bit
- Updated docs of port.h in lcdproc-dev

ppokorny e7316389e8 Fixed compile errors on FreeBSD related to cfmakeraw and friends on the 
serial port side.  Also fixed problems with ioperm on the parallel port
side.

Added --waittime option to the server to specify how long the server
should leave a screen up before changing to the next screen.

William Ferrell f5a5e9653b Removed lcddriver.c (doesn't do anything, isn't in any makefiles, etc.). 
Passed *every* piece of source in this project through indent. I'm setting
things up with ctags soon and am actually going to *gasp* use a nice
programming environment to continue development in. :)
