robijn dc619e596f - Moved some code from main.c to screenlist.c 
- Implemented reloading by sending SIGHUP.
- Now doing 'real 8Hz' rendering and 32Hz input processing.
- Removed noscreen feature (that we rejected).

robijn faa4861eb3 HD44780 update: 
- supports new API
- major clean up, more consistent code
- uses configfile options
- serialLpt works also with only 2 output lines
- serialLpt can now use keypad

ddouthitt 2ae4511295 Made default (example) configuration more reasonable. Changed 
sense of -t option for the MtxOrb driver: now gets WxH (20x4) instead
of type of display (LKD, VFD, etc..)

* Options override all configuration file settings
* In absence of configuration file settings or option settings,
  defaults are used
* Added new global settings: Port, Bind, Wait, WaitTime, Debug
* Added more documentation to LCDd.conf

ddouthitt ae2f2d5638 Documented in configuration file the ability to use different names for 
the drivers (ie, "MatrixOrbital" instead of "MtxOrb").  Added more
detailed documentation elsewhere, also.
