ddouthitt eb6e99e7e8 Server no longer uses a fixed lcd structure, but now a pointer to 
a lcd_logical_driver structure (lcd_ptr).  Fixed bug in lcd.c
which caused lcd_drv_getkey_loop to act badly.

ddouthitt ae2f2d5638 Documented in configuration file the ability to use different names for 
the drivers (ie, "MatrixOrbital" instead of "MtxOrb").  Added more
detailed documentation elsewhere, also.

ddouthitt 97e340635a Somehow, running the debug driver in the background just didn't 
make sense.  Changed debug driver to reflect this - will yank
syslog() out later...

* Now supports the use of the new "daemonize" variable in the
  lcd_logical_driver structure: permits output drivers to specify whether
  becoming a daemon is logical or not... if not, run in foreground...

ddouthitt 31d9cc98c0 Added support for the new svga driver into lcd.c; 
however, the Makefiles will need to be modified to support
linking against libvga and libvgagl, and support for the SVGALIB_DRV
define will have to be added to autoconf or whatever.

ddouthitt 44e7f83dfd Removed all traces of sprintf() from all server code and 
from all drivers.  All drivers compile without warnings.

ddouthitt 0307a9112e Updated CFontz driver: 
* Uses syslog instead of printf or fprintf (except during init)
* Replaced sprintf with snprintf throughout
* Removed all references to lcd.* and replaced with CFontz->*

Note: this compiles, that's all I can say - but the changes are not
major structural or logical changes.

* Ability to specify port and address to bind to
