mmdolze 2b28c02449 Convert set_char of drivers bayrad, lb216, lcterm, mtc_s16209x, wirz-sli.
lb216: Convert lb216_hbar and vbar to 0.5 API.
lcterm: Replace bignum implementation with the one from bignum library.
