CVS and was not to be compiled by 'make'. However, it may serve as a template
for new drivers. Therefore add it to Makefile.am to have it in the
distribution. Note that it will only get compiled if explicitly given to
configure or if '--enable-debug' is used with '--drivers=all'.

- make a few string args const
* better support for shorter displays in server screen
* make target to create top level tag file
+ Convert to use syslog instead of printf
+ Fixed some memory allocation bugs: in particular, driver
is only a local variable! Use static variable debug_drv instead....
Passed *every* piece of source in this project through indent. I'm setting
things up with ctags soon and am actually going to *gasp* use a nice
programming environment to continue development in. :)
