Made default (example) configuration more reasonable. Changed

sense of -t option for the MtxOrb driver: now gets WxH (20x4) instead
of type of display (LKD, VFD, etc..)

* Options override all configuration file settings
* In absence of configuration file settings or option settings,
defaults are used
* Added new global settings: Port, Bind, Wait, WaitTime, Debug
