mmdolze c9c3272eba Header fixes: 
* Do not include system headers in shared files (stdlib.h).
* Don't include lcd.h only once in each driver.
* Remove some unnecessary headers from driver (e.g. syslog.h)
* Include <poll.h> instead of <sys/poll.h>
* Spelling fixes.

mmdolze 59a9c82617 Make the iface screen more readable on 2x16 displays by using ^v shortcuts 
for Up and Down. Note: Using arrow-up and arrow-down icons would be even
better, but that requires a complete rewrite of that function.

mmdolze 224eca976a Fix a single dot appearing on line 5 of the D screen. The screen moves 
strings err1 and err2 off-screen to (30,5). In LCDd, render_string
moved the string to (width,5). On displays with less than 5 line the dot
was not drawn, but on those with 5 or more lines. Moving the start of string
to (0,0) makes render_string ignoring it completely.

mmdolze 66023939a1 Cleanup and documentation updates: 
- Remove shared/str.h where not used.
- Remove shared/debug.h from all files as it has been completely replaced
  by shared/report.h (it will be removed later).
- Add more doxygen comments to shared/* and clients/lcdproc/*.
- Include static functions in doxygen output.

mmdolze 10fba98c88 Check for getopt instead of getopt_long to decide if the system has a 
working getopt implementation (we don't use getopt_long at all).
Include {topdir}/shared for the clients so they pull in our included
getopt.h. This fixes bulding on systems which have getopt(), but no getopt.h.

marschap c7358581de fixes for the lcpdroc client iface screen on *BSD (M.Dolze): 
1. If an interface priviously been UP goes DOWN, the time when the
   interface changed would always show the current time.
2. If an active interface is removed from the system, the server would
   still show the old screens and the user will not get any notice.
3. The "first run" detection would not work if more than one interface
   is monitored. Now the "last_online" time is used, because this is an
   "per interface" value initialized to 0 at startup.
4. The TRUE/FALSE macros are used for the return values as in the other
   functions.
