- update drivers to use new API
...
(get rid of those pseudo options named 'Arguments' in the config file)
- replace printf / printf calls by debug / report calls in some drivers
- sort and extend LCDd.conf

- Made sure all icon and vbar functions are not the old API functions.
- Removed heartbeat functions from drivers that did standard heartbeat.

Added vbar and hbar functions that use a statically defined custom charset.
Let the lib heartbeat function use the new icon function.
