marschap 0cb60954be added support for CF635 (maybe incomplete, untested), 
converted to have private data in PrivateData *
prettified a few functions

marschap b3230cf90f - update drivers to use new API 
(get rid of those pseudo options named 'Arguments' in the config file)
- replace printf / printf calls by debug / report calls in some drivers
- sort and extend LCDd.conf
