- update drivers to use new API

(get rid of those pseudo options named 'Arguments' in the config file)
- replace printf / printf calls by debug / report calls in some drivers
- sort and extend LCDd.conf

Added output_heartbeat(driver, heart_type) to the library functions.

Thus, for many drivers, creating the appropriate driver function
for heartbeats should be simple.
