New driver for Olimex MOD-LCD1x9

This adds minimal support for the display - including a 14 segment font. (Looks like this is the first 14 segment display to be supported by lcdproc.) Tested on linux. Signed-off-by: Harald Geyer <harald@ccbib.org>
