Fix a single dot appearing on line 5 of the D screen. The screen moves

Browse Source 
strings err1 and err2 off-screen to (30,5). In LCDd, render_string
moved the string to (width,5). On displays with less than 5 line the dot
was not drawn, but on those with 5 or more lines. Moving the start of string
to (0,0) makes render_string ignoring it completely.
